When movement becomes presence

Yoga became essential to me during lockdown. What had started as a passion slowly turned into a way to reconnect with my body. It helped me notice how much tension I was carrying and actually feel what was happening inside.

I love the strength and flexibility yoga brings, but the physical practice is only one layer of a much deeper tradition. What keeps me coming back is the sense of presence it creates and those moments when being in my body feels magical.

How I teach

I teach Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin, from slow and soft to strong and sweaty. Whatever the pace, I want the practice to stay rooted in the body and leave room for you to listen, adjust and move in a way that feels honest.

Yoga for me is less about achieving a pose and more about attention. It is about what you actually feel while you are there. Connecting with the body and the breath, letting expectations soften and, every now and then, completely melting into the moment.

I love teaching because it turns something deeply personal into something shared. There is a special kind of connection in moving and breathing together.

I share current classes and upcoming dates on Instagram. You can also just write to me and ask what’s coming up.

Private yoga

One-to-one sessions are shaped around you. We might move dynamically, slow things down, work with strength and mobility, or bring in breathwork.

Retreats & spaces

I’m available for guest classes, workshops and retreats internationally. Sessions can be adapted to the group, the setting and the wider experience.
